Buying a kitten is a big decision, and not one you should make without thinking it through. It's a new family member that will hopefully live with you for many years to come.

It's very important to me that my kittens get stable and loving homes.
If you are interested in buying a kitten from my cattery, I would like to know more about you, and I would like you to tell me what your plans are with your cat purchase.
I do not sell a kitten to a buyer without meeting them first, after that a booking or reservation can be made, and I am happy to keep in touch after the purchase. As a breeder it's valuable to follow the development of your kittens and as a buyer I hope you appreciate the support I can provide.

My kittens that are not sold for breeding are neutered before moving (which the new family pays for). The reason I do this is partly because I have many allergy sufferers who contact me, and a neutered cat is less hypoallergenic than a fertile one. Also, I think that the healing will be easier for them, as they are with their siblings and the flock here at home.
The other reason why I do it is because there are unfortunately too many people who choose to have a litter even though the cat was sold for companionship. And given how much I test my cats, and how I strive to make good matings, I don't want them to be "sweet-mated" with any cat just so the family can make several thousand. Those kind of kittens are sold pretty much daily with no pedigree on Blocket.

We breeders select the best of the litter for breeding and the rest are sold as companions. It is us breeders who put in an incredible amount of work, and it costs us accordingly.
The bottom line is that if you take a litter, you have bred the cat, and with that comes a responsibility. You have to health test them among other things,, which those who sell cats on Blocket without pedigrees do not do.

Reserverad : means that someone has shown interest but has not put down a down payment yet
Under observation:  means that the cat is being evaluated for breeding
Booked: means that someone paid a down payment and signed a purchase agreement
Sold : means that the entire purchase amount has been paid and that the kitten will be moving soon

Kitten buyers

I'd like that you as a buyer promise me that:

  •  If the cat needs to be relocated, please contact me.

  • The kitten from my breeding gets to live as an indoor cat in his new family, with the possibility of a fenced balcony/cat pen or leashed walks.

  • The cat will be insured, and will always receive veterinary care if necessary, as well as vaccinations according to recommendation.

  • If the cat were to get sick or even die, as a breeder I of course want to know the cause, as it could be something hereditary. Autopsy may become a necessary must, and it is super important that you contact me. I want to be able to follow this up with the others from the litter, as well as possibly other lineage that may be in the cat's pedigree.
For me, it is important that everyone feels satisfied and secure in the purchase of a kitten from my cattery, and I of course follow the recommendations and laws that apply when selling kittens.
